Client:Robin Baird
Media:Website
Robin needed a "dark, slick" site that would be able to "hold a lot of photographs". Having come to me with his photos already categorised as 'Faces', 'Places' and 'Spaces', it was logical for the top-level navigation to reflect this same structure.
I designed and built a content-managed site with a fluid layout to make the most of available screen real estate when viewing thumbnails, as well as creating my own Shadowbox theme to match the typography in the design.
Robin normally wears at least one red garment each day, so choosing a deep red was an obvious choice to help highlight an otherwise monochrome colour scheme.
