- Design:A List Apart is designed using XHTML, CSS, PHP and images only. There are no videos or animation present.
- Form of Information:The majority of information on ALA is presented in the form of written articles. The site also uses RSS feeds of potential interest to its users, such as the ‘Job Board’ feed from 37signals.com.
